Is your feature request related to a problem?
When using multiple Monitor on Client and Host, Moonlight needs to start on the right client-screen to minimize time to set it up after a restart/reboot of the client.

Moonlight.exe window should open on last position it was closed

I'm running a 4-4 Monitor setup and using 4 different Portable Moonlight Instances.

I think that there is no window location remembering implemented?

Im not speaking about third Party Makros or scrips and not interested in these either.

Also its only about the Moonlight mainwindow before connection to any Sunshine/Apollo Instance as these always start in the mainscreen in the middle and not on the last positions when they where closed.

This really is more of a Windows issue than a Sunshine/Moonlight issue. I know of a couple really good solutions for multi-monitor window management, one of which is free from Microsoft. I don't think that window layout management is something that's likely to be included in Sunshine or Moonlight. It might be good as part of a productivity enhancement, but Moonlight is a display streaming client--exactly what it is that you're streaming is up to you, and probably not an area that the Moonlight devs want to get into.

The issue of organizing application windows has plagued Windows users for a long time. There are TONS of situations, apps, and utilities that force window reorganization, often making things an absolute mess. I hear that you don't want to deal with a third-party macro or scripting tool--honestly, I get that. There's a great tool that doesn't rely on macros or scripting, and isn't from a third-party: Microsoft's utility FancyZones. I think it'll do what you need. There's no scripting or recording macros; you lay things out in a process that's pretty much what you do when you manually position all of your app windows in the first place.

After you position things where you want, you can save everything as a template. You can quickly switch between templates, or move your templates between computers. You can set hotkeys to quickly switch between layouts. In addition to being able to save the size and position of your windows, it can automatically resize & reposition things, and offers various ways to snap windows or groups of windows into zones you define.

FancyZones is included as part the collection of free utilities called Microsoft PowerToys. It's pretty great. There are tons of short tutorial videos on YouTube that show you exactly how to use it.

ps. The other solution I've used is DisplayFusion. It's totally incredible, and a lot more capable than FancyZones. It has loads of features specific to managing multi-monitor setups. It does provide scripting and macros, but it doesn't require that you use them. It's amazing at dealing with multiple monitor layouts and functions. I use it even when I only want a way to quickly & neatly move windows between monitors, but it offers a huge number of really powerful features.
