relocate callback URL to front of query string

Use case: As a firefox user with many tabs, when the browser restarts, many tabs may need to re-auth. When I switch to that tab, I can not tell which service I am authenticating for without navigating the URL string in the awesome bar, looking for the hostname of the redirect URL.

If the redirect URL was the very first query item, it would often be visible in the awesome bar on desktop.
