2. Drag top border

Expected Behavior

Upon mouse pointer release window keeps new window size.

Actual Behavior

Upon mouse pointer release window restores to window size before drag.

I carefully read all instruction and confirm that I did the following:

• I tested and confirmed that the issue exists with the latest release version or newer.

• I produced the log file while the behaviors described in "Actual Behavior" were actively observed.

I can't reproduce on sway at least.

It not always happens. Mostly when doing "quick" resize in one muse movement. If it is slower or I stop mouse movement and then release mouse pointer, it would work. See video.
