[core] create-toolpad-app --core results in app with bottom scrollbar

Steps:

1. Run:

   pnpm create toolpad-app --core foo
   cd foo
   pnpm run  dev
   

2. Open http://localhost:3000/page

Current behavior

Has a scrollbar at the bottom:

Expected behavior

No scrollbar
