What do you want and why?

I have Codex / Opencode & Claude on my system - however I have 2 separate codex configurations

• One codex config points to OpenAI
• I have a second codex configuration that I want to use pointing to self-hosted endpoints -> but I can't seem to find a way whiting Multica to "access" that runtime.

Proposed solution (optional)

It would be nice if we could cloud a runtime and give it an alternative configuration.

Additionally, it would be helpful to give the runtime a user-friendly name.

Another suggestion would be to remember that when a runtime is removed, it shouldn't be reloaded during a future Multica update.
