Mensural (Renaissance) time signature appearence

Add the more common mensural (Renaissance) time signatures to the menu under Time Signatue Properties -> Appearence

Problem to be solved

From the forum. We would like to see added the more common symbols (and possibly others removed, but I leave it to others to decide if that's necessary)

For instance, if I assign a given time signature, then R-click (mac Ctrl-click) the meter sign, I am offered a menu that includes "Time Signature Properties...". Selecting that, I am offered a number of options starting with "Appearance" under which, if I select "Other:" I am offered a pull-down with eight mensural time symbols, starting with perfect tempus, major prolation (circle with a dot).
Great.

Unfortunately, this list lacks the two most frequently used symbols: imperfect tempus with minor prolation (broken circle facing right) and the same with a slash through it. (Yet it includes one item that isn't a recognized symbol (next-to-last)! Reversing the broken circle to face left is the same as putting a slash thru it, so there is no reason or need to have a reversed symbol with a slash!)

Related is the feature request #18060 as I think that adding the time signature in the usual way would make that easier to achieve.

Prior art

I have never used other engraving software than to test-drive the app. In this case, it's simply a matter of using the symbols already existing in the menu, but facing the viewer's right.

Additional context

I'm not an expert. I recreate as precisely as possible existing editions from CPDL (either by downloading a source file and editing it from there, or manually recreating it). Unfortunately, I don't have the musicology/academic background to tell you what is or what isn't the most acceptable (hence my reservation about removing symbols from the Other menu under Time Signature Properties -> Appearance). These symbols are from this part of the SMuFL spec: https://w3c.github.io/smufl/latest/tables/medieval-and-renaissance-prolations.html

On that page, are mensuralProlation6 and mensuralProlation9 indeed the missing ones? It seems we could add those trivially. I wonder why these particular ones would have been left out initially.

Regarding the one of which you say it isn't meaningful, i.e. mensuralProlation10, since SMuFL has it anyway, I'm inclined to suggest keeping it available, or would that be a bad decision?

It should be U+E915 (and U+1D1CB) and U+E918 (and U+1D1CD)

I'm agnostic about the removals given the spec.

I have attached a screen recording. It causes the one selected to disappear and the rest do not change. This is the case for both options (sorry the crop is bad)
