Email key - no option to resend?

Hi still early learning this platform.

I have an email block on all *.io domains for spam reasons
How can i get my free key unlock code resent.
I had all email from *.io auto delete ( i get hundreds of spam the way my email is used, its easier to block spammy TLD domains )
I have since enabled io domains, but i cant see where to resend the email.

I feel like some things are missing without this key code? Im having some issues following a few guides.
