Does Dripsy map styles to config at compile time or runtime?

Hello, I recently came across Dripsy while looking for something similar to Chakra UI. I think Dripsy fits well in my project.

However, I wanted to know if the styles are mapped at compile time or runtime? Also, if this does the mapping at runtime, is there any impact on performance that we should be mindful of?
