Description of the issue you are having

See the screenshot below. In my modpack, BCC's UI is overlapping with "No Chat Reports". I think you can easily reproduce this issue just installing these two mods.
So! why not write an UI offset setting, that can adjust the position? This work should be done by modpack maker and wouldn't disturb players.
