[Feature Request] Durability options in config for modpack creators

Feature Description

Being able to modify the durability of the base hammers, and having multipliers for the other 4 tiers based off of this, would be handy for modpack creators.

EX: iron hammer durability, custom set to 1000; impact hammer multiplier could be set to 4x which multiplies the durability of the base hammer by 4 to get the durability of the impact hammer, meaning the impact hammer would have 1000 x 4 = 4000 durability. This would allow modpack creators to customize the durability scaling.
