The check non-Latin text pre-commit hook always fails on Windows due to its config in .pre-commit-config.yaml

Its config is as below:

      - id: check-non-latin-text
        name: check non-Latin text
        description: Detect non-Latin characters (CJK, Cyrillic, Arabic, etc.) to enforce English-only
        entry: .pre-commit-hooks/check_non_latin_text.sh
        language: script
        types: [text]
        files: '\.(rs|py|pyx|md|toml|yaml|yml)$'

Because of the entry and language lines, it always shows Executable /bin/bash not found.
I am on Windows.
After I changed it to

entry: bash .pre-commit-hooks/check_non_latin_text.sh
language: system

problem solved.

But I cannot commit this file, .pre-commit-config.yaml.
Anyone knows another way to solve this issue?
