[FEATURE] Implement groups

I have been searching for a long time for a FOSS solution to my current start page, "Infinity New Tab."
Nazhome is the closest I have seen to a replacement, but I'm missing grouping. When dragging an Icon on top of the other, it would be good to create a group/folder that can be named something like "media," "news," etc as this would allow for better organization
