Describe the problem
hello, i have this issue from v0.0.13.
I am experiencing a connection issue with the iOS client. The app fails to connect when using a cellular data connection, although it works perfectly fine over Wi-Fi.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- install ios app
- try connecting to netbird cloud from wifi network
- sign in with github account
- disconnect
- Turn off Wi-Fi on the iOS device and enable cellular data.
- Attempt to connect again
Expected behavior
The app should connect to the server regardless of the connection type.
Are you using NetBird Cloud?
I use NetBird Cloud (not self-host).
NetBird version
netbird ios client: v0.0.14
Is any other VPN software installed?
wireguard but disabled
Debug output
netbird-app.log
netbird-engine.log
Have you tried these troubleshooting steps?
- Reviewed client troubleshooting (if applicable)
- Checked for newer NetBird versions
- Searched for similar issues on GitHub (including closed ones)
- Restarted the NetBird client
- Disabled other VPN software
- Checked firewall settings
