Add manual pages

I'm in the process of packaging vermin for Debian and this project doesn't have any manpage(s). I'll be writing some for the Debian package, but I would like to upstream them if possible.

Are you open to having the linux man pages upstreamed? If so, do you have any preferences or constraints you would like me to keep in mind?

Hi @kienanstewart. That would be splendid with some manpages! I need them to follow the structure of my help outputs as it makes sense. But if you come with a proposal then I will gladly review them. And make them exportable for other distributions.

The man pages of #346 just need a few changes. Then I'd be happy to have them included.
