I get the error '403: Forbidden' when I try to open the notebooks with Binder.

(sorry, I meant .py files, not notebooks)

If I click on the icon in the root README, it brings me to a page showing the files at the root of the repo. When I try to open an .py file, I get the error.

I tried cloning the repo and running it locally. I don't get an error, but I get a blank page when I try to open a .py file
