Add better mobile support

The web interface to show the "fahrplan" should be improved to better support mobile Devices like iPhone/iPad and similar Android devices.

I am specialy thinking about the following features:
- full offline support
- homescreen icon support (fullscreen app)
- automaticaly jump to the reacent talks when opening the page.
- special layout for  devices with small screens
- improve the rating system
