[Feature Request] Include references to ontology used in templates in investigation

Arcitect resolves references to ontologies. They are denoted in bracets in column heads. This is done implictely in Arcitect but lacks a explicite embedding of the used ontologies or terminologies in the investigation file. This would feature re-use outside ARC tool ecosystem.
Alternatively one could manualy add the ontologies referenced in the templates into the investigation. But this could raise metadata consistency issues.

As show case there is the species information modeled in study file in the attached screenshot

@Brilator @langeipk hey, Thanks for your interest! Just to make sure i understand correctly. You would like to see, the ontology source references filled? I think this is a feature that we could add, based off ontology terms with id.

I am not yet sure where to move this issue for now.

Hi @Freymaurer yes, it would be benefitial to see the references in the investigation. As this is usual the place to get information for the used ontologies and to make the references to use for resolving terms also eplicite documented.

I think this is a duplicate of nfdi4plants/ARCtrl#533 . But seeing it come up again independently reinforces that we need a better solution or at least interface :-)
