Previous version of NGINX AppProtect / F5 WAF are missing. There's an improvement has been made in #1211, however releases from the previous years, i.e.: 2023, 2022 and so, are still missing.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open https://docs.nginx.com/waf/changelog/
2. View output

Expected behavior

Previous version of NGINX AppProtect / F5 WAF are in place.
