Collecting CRD objects for NGF fails due to deprecated version

Describe the bug
When collecting a supportpkg from an NGF deployment, the CRD job fails due to the tool using a deprecated version

Running job crd-objects................... I1127 22:13:22.944682 2043060 warnings.go:110] "Warning: The 'v1alpha1' version of ObservabilityPolicy API is deprecated, please migrate to 'v1alpha2'."

Expected behavior
CRD objects must collected

k8s cluster type with NGF deployment

Since introduction of NGF support in this tool, the CRD objects have split in terms of versions (previously all v1alpha1):

1. gateway.nginx.org/v1alpha1 is supported by these resource types:

• ClientSettingsPolicy
• NginxGateway
• ObservabilityPolicy
• SnippetsFilter
• UpstreamSettingsPolicy

2. gateway.nginx.org/v1alpha2 is supported by these resource types:

• NginxProxy
• ObservabilityPolicy
