Add nhex to the AUR

An excellent suggestion from glitsj16 in #linux on libera (and hopefully, future contributor!): nhex should be in the the Arch User Repository.

Just added a binary version to the AUR (based on the Debian release):
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/nhex-bin

Will need some additional time to create/add the regular version (based on the source archive). But people using Arch Linux (derivatives) can find and explore nhex somewhat easier now, so that's a start.

Side note: as I'm collaborating regularly to the Firejail project, I opened a PR there to use nhex in a sandbox on Linux. Shouldn't take long to bring that in.

this should auto-update with each new commit.
