• ✅ HashRouter: resolved — project fully on Next.js App Router (no # in URLs)
• ✅ AGENTS.md: full rewrite with project context for Codex/agent delegation
• ✅ Tool catalog: 12 tools added (Qdrant, Weaviate, LlamaIndex, LangSmith, CrewAI, AutoGen, Groq, Helicone, Cursor, Axolotl) — was 2, now 12
• ✅ MCP package verified: npx -y agentic-ai-for-good-mcp starts successfully
• ✅ GitHub stars cron: /api/cron/sync-github-stars runs weekly via Vercel cron
