Harbor 1.6.3 does not seem to be in GitHub Packages; there does not seem to be any CI related to pushing harbor to GH packages or any other maven repo. I have modified the pom.xml to generate these, but GH packages will require some modifications to the .github workflows file, unless you are externally using something else, such as Travis. This modification is in PR #91
This would be useful to include in Harbor 1.6.4 if PR #88 is accepted to make it easier for developers to integrate with harbor.
