Description
Hello,
I was looking at the documentation of both mrgsolve and babelmixr2 to see whether there would be a way to convert automatically mrgsolve models to nlmixr2 (and/or the reverse process) and interestingly I did not see any way yet.
I remembered that if I wanted to convert an rxode2 model to mrgsolve i had to do the conversion to nonmem using babelmixr2 and then use the nonmem2mrgsolve from Andy's repo -- although I had to QC between those steps to be sure I did not lose anything in the conversion process. Yet for the conversion from mrgsolve to nlmixr2 process it seems more tricky.
I have three questions related to that:
- Is
mrgsolvein the scope of this package as it was originally supposed to be mostly for commercial softwares ? - Do you think it is a good idea to have that possibility of importing an
mrgsolvemodel to annlmixr2object or even convert to arxode2-friendly format ? - If so, what are the challenges to handle in that context ?
Thanks a lot in advance!
