Hi, thanks so much for developing this excellent tool! I see in the tutorial for a small region in a particular chromosome. I wonder if I can do something as below for the whole genome in one run, rather than a small region? Also would it be possible to output all the singleton segments by specifying --min-cpg 1, just keeping all the information as much as possible?
If yes, how much memory would be sufficient? 96GB is not enough for the command line above running through. I have 60.8million lines in the *pat.gz file. Much appreciated for any advice! |

I got it solved. My job ends up with 150G. |
