Just a small note: postal codes are messy and does not aways belong to a City

e.g. UK postcodes work as a hierarchical alphanumeric system, split into an Outcode (Area + District) and an Incode (Sector + Unit), guiding mail from main sorting offices to specific streets or properties, with the first part routing mail broadly and the second narrowing it down to an average of 15 homes, using letters and numbers for efficiency and unique identification.
