Subject: [PATCH] Update README.md w/ link to PITFALLS.MD

Added PITFALLS.MD placeholder for @fiatjaf to add before FOSDEM conference Feb 1st 2025.

It is expected a few devs attending FOSDEM will make their way to the nostr github repo.
