Exclude collection from search results when grouped by collection

Summary

When search results are grouped by collection, hits for the collection itself populate within a grouped collection (please see attached screenshot). We are seeing this regardless of how many hits are within a collection. I think it would be best to exclude the collection from possible search results in a collection.

Acceptance Criteria

• When search results are grouped by collection, the collection that is the 'grouped collection' does not display within the grouped collection results
