Name search is only returning collection level information

Summary

When searching for the name “Schaefer” in University Archives finding aids, the hit under the Folklore Institute student papers collection are only the collection level rather than the folder/item (see screenshot). The finding aid should have multiple item level hits for “Schaefer.” A few things to note:

• This is a very large finding aid that does not load quickly. Would not being able to load the items in question prevent them from coming up in search results?
• The name in question is in information, which is not displaying on the printable view yet. I don’t think these issues are related, but I’m mentioning it just in case they are. What is the printable view generated from?
• I tested this issue with other names from this finding aid and got the same results. Whatever the issue is, I think it’s exclusive to this finding aid.

Acceptance Criteria

• As a user, if I perform a name search it returns folder/item level information
