WindowProvider::GetClipboardText should return std::string

Do we mind if I open an issue for this? For now, it works directly with ImGui's clipboard hooks. Later I can add a mechanism to store/cache clipboard data within the ui provider as I ran into l-value issues trying to convert this directly to std::string
