The EDB Model harvest for UMM-S/UMM-T is flapping harvests for some tools. The specific symptoms are, when running update-tools, eg:
"NSIDC_CPRD_GIMP_QGIS":{"created_link":8,"already_linked":0,"no_dataset":0,"provider_mismatch":8,"cmr_associations":8,"metadata":"created","concept_id":"TL3911155059-NSIDC_CPRD"}
Then, when running scrub-tools:
"NSIDC_CPRD_GIMP_QGIS":{"deleted":1,"edb_associations_before":8,"cmr_associations":0,"associations_removed":8,"edb_associations_after":0,"concept_id":"TL3911155059-NSIDC_CPRD","warnings":["Tool has not been harvested into EDB"]}
This is currently blocking the migration of tools from NSIDC_ECS to NSIDC_CPRD, but it doesn’t seem to be directly related. There are tools exhibiting this behavior that have not been migrated from this effort (NSIDC_CPRD_BedMachine_Scripts), and there are tools that have been migrated that are not exhibiting this behavior (NSIDC_CPRD_GLAS_DATE_CONVERSION).
