iqc: Feature Request - comprehensive check

Create a more comprehensive vendor check for images that generates a list of non-conforming items. Parameters are set in a series of if/then statements based on filename (if filename is p then specs should be ...).  Bridge will still be needed for visual check but it will be much easier to get a list of items with wrong ppi, color profile or even filename.
