Unicode characters in the nicks break chat

If user with unicode characters (non-ASCII) in the nickname left any message chat history is not be able to be written/read anymore.

Hi, can you try the current developing version (the master branch of this repo)?

NChatHandle from the master branch broke all unicode characters.
The only differences here are

nicks are written in cp1252 encoding (In the txt file I mean)
