Encountering a Login Error in the Latest Xcode #229

I'm encountering a login error in the latest version of Xcode, whereas it runs perfectly in an older version (Xcode 12). The error is shown in the screenshot above. I'm wondering if there could be a permissions issue in the latest Xcode version?"
I am using Office365 for user Authentication.
