Draft Tech Design Proposals

Given the new clarification of requirements, draft a proposal for Tech Designs that helps drive the decision-making.

You can certainly draft more than one if you want to explore different alternatives between the most likely candidates.

Be sure to explain pros/cons of each and what the tradeoffs are.

We need to explore and factor into proposals:

• Current implementation so far
• Frost multisig
• MF multisig

For any proposal that includes TEE, Ilya recommends concretely: Nitro enclaves + PCR verification + Amazon KMS for the actual key release into enclave

He will be working with this stack for Dark Pool PoC so it's shared knowledge we will have.
