Auth modal URL fails with fitbit query

Got same issue, found, that it requires setting options for cache now. So, if you don't set this option (either false or true) - this might be the cause of trouble

OAuthIOModal *oAuthModal = [[OAuthIOModal alloc] initWithKey:OAuthPublicKey delegate:self];

NSMutableDictionary *options = [[NSMutableDictionary alloc] init];
[options setObject:@"false" forKey:@"cache"];

[oAuthModal showWithProvider:FitbitProvider options:options];
