I forked the modification of ricardovcorrea,
because this library seems to be no longer maintained?

add features:

• TS support by .d.ts
• longPress event support
• fix the delay when close the Modal
• function components and hooks
• useNativeDriver trouble fixed
• use TouchableOpacity
• giving the X close button more space from the borders
• ...

Maybe we should maintain it, this is indeed a great library.
