Info to add to the 'Sync regions' page

What is your suggestion?

Please try to detail what should be added as clear as possible.

Users of the 'Sync regions' page would benefit from it covering:

1. before starting, you really ought to make a note (screenshot?) of all your current 'Selective sync' and 'Vault configuration sync' settings on each (category of) device that uses this remote
   • take a screenshot or a photo of them
   • motivation:
     • suppose you were not syncing a setting which Obsidian enables by default, because you wanted different values on different devices
     • if you re-set up sync on desktop and mobile with the default settings, Obsidian would then sync your settings via the new remote
     • now, you have lost your settings on one machine, and will have to reconstruct the settings and revert any unwanted changes made by Obsidian (is your phone storage full because large media and PDF files have been synced in, for example)
     • so you will need to recreate the settings exactly on each device, before starting the first sync on that device to the new region
2. that all the other devices that used the old Remote vault will need to be updated to use the new one
3. what the steps are to safely reconnect your other device to the new Remote vault
   • is it possible to re-connect to the new remote without losing all your settings?
   • or do you have to disconnect and reconnect, and reset everything up?
