Catalyst license page is outdated (English & translations)

What is the problem in the documentation?

The Catalyst license page under /en/ appears to be outdated.

• The current English version does not reflect recent changes in Catalyst benefits,
  pricing tiers, UI flow, or the account dashboard structure.
• As a result, all translated versions (including /ja/) are also outdated.
• Some sections still describe older Insider channel structures and outdated badge acquisition flows.

This affects both the accuracy of the English source and all downstream translations.

Any suggested fixes?

If I were handling this issue, I would:

1. Update the English source page to reflect the current Catalyst license information.
2. Align the structure with the latest UI and account dashboard.
3. After the English source is updated, update the /ja/ translation accordingly.
4. (Optional) Add a note indicating the last verified update date for clarity.

I can provide a proposed updated English version or submit a PR if helpful.
