Convert HEIF/HEIC images to JPEG on Apple Notes import

Feature request for this plugin as earlier posted on the Obsidian Forum

Use case or problem

HEIF/HEIC images not viewable in Obsidian. I want to be able to view them.

Proposed solution

If possible, add an image conversion to automatically convert HEIF/HEIC images to JPEG when executing an Apple Notes import.

There was also some discussion on this topic in #230 along with some suggested libraries that unfortunately do not use a compatible license. Hopefully another library can be found that is compatible!
