Weird flow for creating a notion integration

This button takes me to

https://www.notion.so/profile/integrations/public

But no matter what I do i cannot get a notion secret in the expected shape

I only get oauth creds

Maybe it should open instead https://www.notion.so/profile/integrations/internal/form/new-integration ?

Yep that new link did the trick for me. The current URL on the documentation goes to https://www.notion.so/profile/integrations/, which has many more (required) fields and seems to be the wrong thing:
