Print sheet names we are operating on in prepare_tag_sheet and prepare_deploy_sheet

It'd be good to include some flavour text when using prepare_tag_sheet and prepare_deploy_sheet to specify which sheet the script is operating on. It would likely only have to happen in cases where multiple sheets are in the file being operated on, but wouldn't hurt to just print every time if it makes the code easier.
