3. actel_data_act.R
4. actel_data_migramar.R
5. actel_custom_spatial.R

actel lessons on gh-pages

1. intro to actel
2. preparing node data for actel

the intro lessons match up, all good there.

questions:

• the lesson "preparing node data for actel" --> should contain code from actel_data_act.R and actel_data_migramar.R and???
• is the code from actel_custom_spatial/R used in the "preparing node data for actel" lesson? there are extra steps in that lesson that are missing from actel_data_act.R
• is act_data_in_actel.R redundant and can be deleted?

Im not 100% sure myself as I haven't look at this repo in almost a year but:

1. Yeah probably both should be in there if theres gonna be migramar peeps there.
2. It looks like its not part of the lesson, im not seeing any of the code thats in the R file in the actual lesson
3. yeah that looks the exact same as actel_data_act.R, I'd say its redundant

feedback from Jon:

"custom spatial was what i wrote to start exploring the data by eye to talk about which stations 'connect' to which others."

so its missing from gh-pages but should be added back in, as long as it still works

• delete act_data_in_actel.R its been replaced with actel_data_act.R
• test actel_custom_spatial.R
• if it works, add actel_custom_spatial.R into the gh pages lesson

intro_to_actel.R and actel_intro.R both existed, i reviewed and deleted intro_to_actel.R since this code didnt match what was in gh-pages
