Not working with whtie text and blue background?

Hello - i try to ocr a pdf-document using the the following code:
As you can see in the final results the white text with the blue background ist not regonized.
And also the goals result (0 and 3)
Is this somehow possible to ocr this pdf document so this 2 informations are also regognized?
