Error when run on Windows - Signal USR1

Hi,

Im gettings this error on Windows:

    signal.signal(signal.SIGUSR1, self.handle_signal)
                  ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
AttributeError: module 'signal' has no attribute 'SIGUSR1'

Can you fix it?

Hey, I've been working on a fix for this: #13 but couldn't manage to make it pass all tests... If you're able/willing to finish that work, I'd be happy to review&merge.

Also you could consider switching to django-tasks which will land in django at some point and thus support windows (see https://github.com/django/deps/blob/main/accepted/0014-background-workers.rst). When that happens I'll likely abandon this library.
