How to add Canal-U as an oembed provider ?

Wer'e working on the https://www.canal-u.tv/ website and some application provided by omeka wants to use our medias through the oembed process.
We'd like to add our platform on your provider list ?
Could we suggest a merge request here ? or do you have any other process ?

First: let me note that individual installations can add to the list of allowed oembed URLs using their config/local.config.php file. So that may be a route for the specific use case you have right now.

But for adding to the list of defaults for a future release, yes, a PR here would be the process.
