3.1 issue with collection names

On a 3.1 installation, when the plugin is enabled, collections appear to lose their names when viewed in any dropdown of collections:

The only thing that I can see differentiating the "Public Domain Items" collection from the others is that none of my collections have any metadata filled out, except that one. It has Description and Creator values.

The problem here is that the plugin tries to keep track of what each collection is called, and it's just failing. Simple way for this to happen is adding/updating collections while Collection Tree is not active. Editing the collection(s) after the plugin is active again (even in making no changes) will update Collection Tree's "sense" of what the name of that collection is.

The commit above partially removes all that and just uses the Title of each collection more directly, which should remove any time dependency on Collection Tree being active when updates are made. A future step here would involve actually taking out the column that stores the collection name and all other related code; this current step just basically ignores the name column.

Practical upshot: a pull to master should resolve this problem.
