Page gets messed up when resizing, search link missing

With Horizontal Dropdown as Navigation Layout, when resizing page and then opening "hamburger" menu, page gets messed up: search button moves to center, admin header appears shorte than the rest of the page, etc.
Besides, it seems that search link/button is missing from side menu.
