Obscured focus when off-canvas menu is open #69
Description
When the off-canvas menu is open, focus correctly moves through the menu but can also reach outside of the menu to elements in the page that are obscured by the open menu. Elements outside of the menu should be hidden/inert while the menu is open so as not to cause this obscured focus; an aria-hidden attribute may be appropriate here.
