Skip link has incorrect hypertext reference

As with this theme on S ([omeka-s-themes/freedom#41](https://github.com/omeka-s-themes/freedom/issues/41)), `id="main-content"` is used here for the main content area, so the skipnav hyperlink should be corrected to `href="#main-content"` in order to function correctly.
