Describe the bug

If both page ranges and layout settings is applied for a printing job, we have undefined behavior because ranges are applied after layout in CUPS.

Reproduction

1. Start a print job with a file consists of 8 pages
2. Setup "1-2" page ranges
3. Setup "2x2" layout
4. Look at the result, it either prints pages 1, 2, 3, and 4 or prints all (depends on the current implementation)
